MINIMUM ORDER
Please note that there is a minimum order amount of £100.00 for free delivery to the Birmingham area. All other areas minimum order amount is £200.00. Goods are not to be returned under any circumstances unless for reasons of being bad before the sell by date!

 

RETURN and PAYMENT Terms
No returns will be accepted by our drivers unless authorisation has been given by ELC prior to collecting. Goods past their sell by date must not be returned.All deliveries must be checked and signed for on arrival. Any discrepancies can not be dealt with once the driver has left. Any cheques that are returned to us by the bank, a £25.00 charge will be added to your Account. ELC will reserve the right to refuse to accept cheques from customers whose cheques have been returned previously.
